New York subit les résidus de l'ouragan Ida, et la flotte.... devient déluge. Du coup, certains endroits sont submergés et le métro souterrain donne des images hallucinantes. Le maire de New York,  Bill de Blasio ainsi que le gouverneur du New Jersey ont déclarés l'état d'urgence catastrophe naturelle.
